EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OTA
Mark H. Woods
Mark grew up in Memphis, TN and joined the Navy in 1987. Quickly making his way up the ranks, he went from Enlisted to Officer in 1997. A 21 year military veteran, he retired in 2008. Mark served on five US Navy Ships, completed six major deployments, and a year and a half forward deployed. He had direct or indirect contributions on numerous operations abroad. Being inspired as the assistant coordinator for the Garth Brooks Concert televised on CBS in 2001 and feeling the need to do more to support his fellow brothers and sisters in the field, he created OPERATION TROOP AID. After producing a few shows and getting a few events under his belt, he incorporated OTA as a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) in 2005.
Mark has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist university and a Masters Degree in Operations Management from The University of Arkansas.

David M. Polanco
David grew up the son of a 30 year career Navy man. Joined the Navy in May 1980, married Debra K Woods in July of 1981 and has 2 daughters, Jordan and Kayla. Served 20 years and 3 months and retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer E-8. Immediately, after retirement he was employed by a Navy Contractor and now works for the Department of Defense (NAVY). David served 2 years as the County Representative for American Bikers Aimed Toward Education (ABATE) of Indiana. In January 2007 he assumed the position of Region Director for ABATE of Indiana-Region 6 and is now over 5 counties.

Debra K. Polanco
Debra grew up in Memphis, TN. Married David Polanco in 1981, was a Navy wife for 20 years and has 2 daughters, Jordan and Kayla. For over 5 years, she has been an employee for a Navy Contractor, Harnessing the Power of Technology for the Warfighter. Debra served 2 years as the Greene County Secretary for American Bikers Aimed Toward Education (ABATE) of Indiana.
TREASURER, OTA
OTA is currently seeking a treasurer. In the meantime, all services are being provided by MG Accounting of Virginia Beach, Va. using generally accepted accounting principles and procedures designated in the United States of America. OTA complies with all IRS guidelines and is a member of the Local Independent Charities of America and has been awarded their Seal of Approval.

Polly Dogan
Hailing from Memphis TN, Polly has been in the beauty business for more than 40 years. From clothes, jewelry, hair, to permanent make-up she is truly the beauty entrepreneur. Polly is a devoted Navy Mother, and supports our Military 100%.

Bob Ramsey
A native of Norfolk, Virginia, Bob entered the Navy in 1983. After numerous very successful tours and 23 years of active duty he retired in 2006 as a Commander. His decorations include Meritorious Service Medal (two awards), Navy Commendation Medal (four awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards) and various service and campaign and unit awards. He now is a civilian contractor employed with CACI, INC as the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) Current Readiness Analyst/Maintenance at Commander, Naval Air Forces in Norfolk, Virginia.
